(1) preparation before launching

1) confirm that the power of the unit and controller is connected.

2) confirm that the cooling tower fan, cooling water pump and cold water pump have been opened.

3) confirm that the end fan coil unit has been energized and switched on.

2. Start up.

1) Press the status key on the keyboard, and then switch the ON/OFF (on/off) dial switch under the keyboard to the ON position.

2) The unit will be self-checked once. After a few seconds, one compressor will start and another compressor will start when the load increases.

3) once the unit is started, all operations are not automatic. The unit automatically starts and stops according to the change of cold load (chilled water supply and return water temperature).

3. Normal operation.

1) When the unit runs normally, the controller will monitor the oil pressure, motor current and other parameters of the system. Once any problems occur, the control system will automatically take corresponding measures to protect the unit and display the fault information on the unit screen. Please refer to installation, operation and maintenance manual for details.

2) During each 24-hour operation cycle, a dedicated person shall permanently record the operating conditions of the unit at fixed intervals.

4 stop.

1) As long as the ON/OFF dial switch under the keyboard is switched to the disconnected position, the unit can be shut down.

(2) in order to prevent damage, do not cut off the power of the unit even when the unit is shut down.

3. Operation of fans and pump

(1) The cooling tower fan, cooling water pump and cold water pump are all controlled independently. The power supply should be ensured to be normal before starting up, without inversion or lack of phase.

2. The valve in the pipeline should be opened before opening the pump.
